PSL Season 10 will begin from 10th April and last until 25th May 2025. It will feature six teams that would be competing each other for the winning title. The matches will be played in various cities of Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Multan and Rawalpindi stadium).
If we look at the teams, Islamabad United has won PSL three times and is the defending champion while Lahore Qalander has won the tournament twice while Karachi Kings, Multan Sultans, Quetta Gladiator and Peshawar Zalmi have been victorious only once.
Multan Sultan has won the tournament only once but has been coming in the finals for the last four years. They are a very strong side with a pretty balanced team under captaincy of Muhammad Rizwan.
Let’s see how they perform this season. Multan will have Micheal Bracewell, Muhammad Rizwan and Usama Mir in their platinum category, Usman Khan, Iftikhar and David Willey in diamond and Kamran Ghulam, Muhammad Husain and Chris Jordan in their gold category.
They will also feature some other talented players like Tayyab Tahir in silver and Ubaid shah in emerging category. Islamabad United, the three times winner and the defending champion will feature Matthew Short, Shadab Khan and Naseem Shah in platinum while Imad Waseem, Azam khan and Jason holder in diamond category, Salman Ali Agha will also feature in this team in gold category.
Peshawar Zalmi featured Saim Ayub, Babar Azam and Tom Kohler Cadmore in their platinum category along with Muhammad Haris and Muhammad Ali in diamond category. They will also feature Mehran Mumtaz and Sufyan Muqeem in silver category.
Karachi Kings have bought the most expensive player David Warner in their team along with Adam Milne and Abbas Afridi in platinum category, in diamond they have Hasan Ali, James Vince and Khushdil Shah and Shan Masood, Irfan Khan Niazi and Amir Jamal will be seen in gold category. They also have Kane Williamson and Muhammad Nabi as supplementary players.
Quetta Gladiator will feature Fahim Ashraf, Mark Chapman, and Fin Allen in platinum category, along with Rille Rossouw, Muhammad Amir and Abrar Ahmed in diamond category. They will also have Akael Hosein, Saud Shakeel and Muhammad Wasim Jr.
Lahore Qalandar will again bring a very strong team with Dayrl Mitchel, Fakhar Zaman and Shaheen Shah in the platinum category.
Haris Rauf, Kusal Prera and Sikander Raza in diamond and Abdullah Shafique, Zaman khan, Jahandad khan, Asif Ali and David Wiese will also feature in the team.
